Emperor Harold personally had ordered the construction of a truly lavish and fabulous hotel in the beautiful mountain range outside of Valdra. He has ordered this construction to attract more nobility, royalty, and imperial families to come and vacation in the Glorious Empire of the Scandinvans. One of the reasons why he chose this site was because he had found a prime site for construction of this resort that was near a volcanically heated lake which always maintained a temperature of 22 Celsius. Also the mountains nearby provided a great attraction as the emperor had also furnished them with ski and sloth runs as well as had built an tram to bring them to the top of the mountain.

The hotel itself had been built of the finest white marble entirely. With great white pillars adorning the outside of the hotel and the entrance area adorned with Corinthian Marble pillars. The walls had been fashioned with silver and gold decorative artwork with also many classical pieces of artwork worth millions a piece. The dining hall was the grandest ever built in the empire as its floor was covered with the finest Egyptian marble and decorated with many precious stones and gold. The food itself was the finest most exotic foods and the rarest food the world had to offer. The tables were all made of mahogany stairs and tables with the plates being made of pure gold and the cups made of perfectly carved crystal cups and the silverware being made of Valgardian silver.

The accommodations for the guests were rooms that ranged from 3,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. With the rooms made of Etruscan marble and all the furniture made of hand carved mahogany. The beds were made of crystal bed posts and the frames of the beds made of Algerian marble. Also the ceiling was covered with gold and silver decorations fashioned in the style of the Imperial city of Valgard. Each room was further supplied with a private wine collection of the guest’s choice and with food also of the guest’s choice.

Dear Sir,

Three diplomats and a senior military officer would like to spend one week in two Grand Royal suites...the total comes to $14m.

Sincerely,

Holy Empire of Saint Fedski

OOC: Before they leave, they plan on setting the place on fire, arsonists if you will. These 4 characters are trying to get the Holy Empire into a war...If this is a bad idea just ignore it.
Edit: There's a story I'd like to add. I don't have the time now so I will edit later.

He yawned, the old man was tired of working the desks. He had spent 40 years simply looking at papers, managing human resources, and spending too much time debating over current house strategies. Yes, he was Lord Karvin of House Pentagus, the 5th Grand House of Amerath. He needed a vacation, a place to get away from the times and trials of running to place.

Karvin had spent many years sitting in the shelves of the Librarium, and was rarely seen without the six Golem Troopers and the single GeoKnight marine (These are troopers trained specifically from house Pentagus, other houses have various unique units, these are considered the house's "elite"). Sometimes, he'd think the "protection" of the soldiers was really to keep him stuck in this hell hole.

However, recently his eyes had crossed the add of a nice little resort, well, more like "Palace". The information he had from it was marvelous, and he was heading to pay a visit if possible. He quickly set up a short vacation, one week, that was all he could spare, and sent out the note to the proper owners of the hotel.
The message was:
"Greetings and Salutations! My lord has ordered me to come to you in request of one of your many rooms, perhaps the Emperor’s Suite would fit his tastes? We will gladly pay on the condition that we be allowed to bring our small group to the resort with few disturbances, for, although being there completely for recreation, we must keep up a small schedule of work before the week we wish to stay is done.
Please send a reply as soon as possible!"

OOC: Sure feel free to send them, but don't acuatlly burn down the hotel as I want to keep start the war by attempting arson yet they are caught and imprisoned and that is what starts the war.

OOC: Why not just have a wee battle in the hotel, resorting in battle.

IC:

The old Lord of the house was happy, he was reclined over the benches of a small black van , heading for the nearest airport to take him to his destination.

His accountants, of course, easily handled the fee. House Pentagus was the richest of the 6 houses, and their money was mostly privately owned. The Grand Empire couldn't touch it. Along with his van was an APC, unarmed, carrying his small body guard and secretaries. He himself prefered to travel with his driver only.

Of course, they would arrive into the nation within the next 3 hours.

As they entered the Scandinvan homeland a great mountain range appeared. In this were the some of the highest and most glorious mountains in the whole world. The land beyond it was fair and green as far as the eye could see, but that was not where they were heading. They were heading to the other side mountains that they had seen earlier. The path they took lead them through mostly farmland and a few ting villages was all they really could see for miless.

The old Lord was enjoying his trip. Hopefully he would have a good time. Other than that, the unarmed APC was now covered in mud from the tracks of the black van.

OOC: am I expecting you guys to break out in a firefight?

The Minister of Commerce Molly Spragg and the CEO of Sunlight Arms Inc., Sarah Ledgerwood will be coming to Scandinvan this week. Two Empress’s Suites will be required for the duration of the conference with local industry leaders and senior Scandivanian economic officials. The conference is expected to take 4 days. Therefore Molly and Sarah will require 5 nights at the hotel.

This will cost: $13.5million.

Thank you,
Sir Jesse Russell, Minister of Foreign Affairs

Their second night there, will also be the previous guests' last night. That's when they will attempt to light the hotel on fire.

OOC: I'll let you make sure you're ready before anything else happens, and maybe it would be better if once something happened, we move to another thread so as not to wreck your business here.

The Warmaster looked through the mass of paper and sighed. It was fine being the sword of the council, what he didn't like was being it's voice. A great sign of respect in Boozia was meeting another leader in his own drinking hall, or cultural equivilent. So he was always being shipped off in full ceremonial armor to keep neighbors happy. He looked through again, and one caught his eye. Mountain palace, eh? That didn't sound bad. And it was a powerful country too. He yelled to his secretary.

OOC:One gentleman's suit for three days please, $600,000. (The warmaster is the councils represantative, most of them being too old to get about much, so the accomadation need not be mega-grand. Ale and good spiced beef round a roaring fire is the the food of the gods. If I feel like it, I may send a junior counciller.) And may I ask why a Princess's suit is more than a prince's and an empress's more than an emporer's, but a queen's less than a king's.
