~Nueve Italian International Broadcast Company Announcement~

After some time of maintaining an isolationist policy, the nation of Nueve Italia has finally returned to the world scale.

When we interviewed Emperor Giovanni Gori I on his sudden decision on this matter, he had this to say,

" Why should we close our land to others? Hiding its beauty and elegance, depriving the world of its commerce and prosperity? The Earth contains our fellow people: we would be fools to shut them away, acting like a selfish child in a candy store; keeping every sweet for himself, without even a thought of letting his peers taste any of the treats. Our land is now open to all: let them come a revel in its elegance!"

As you have heard, our glorious country is once again open. Merchants, ambassadors, tourists, all may once again grace our nation with their presence. This is NIIBC News, signing off.

The Maestership of Unified Zanziik would like to exchange embassies with the fine nation of Nueva Italia, and we will do so according to your demands.

The Fatherland is happy to hear that an isolated nation has opened it's arms to the world and explore everyone's culture. The Fatherland would like to mend the wounds we have afflicted in the past. We would like to ask if we could exchange embassies to begin diplomatic ties between both of us.

Addressing the matters of Embassy exchanges:

To the Roman Republic:

We are a people always seeking peace. To ammend past wrongs would please us to no end. We would be honored to commence diplomatic relations with your fine nation. An exchange of embassies would be most welcome to us. Thank you for extending a hand of commerce and prosperity to us, despite our rather difficult past relationship. In time, we hope these travesties will no longer be remembered, and we can only worry about the welfare of our nations.

Though we have had no prior contact with your people before, we are inspired to certaintly learn more about your culture and country. The Holy Imperial Republic openly embraces the idea of an exchange of embassies between our honorable nations. It is our wish that through this action, our people will learn more of their world around them, and see the ignorance of war and destruction, bringing a new age of peace.

Hello Nueve Italia! We here in the nation of Maldaathi were eagerly awaiting your return and its finally here.... now we wish for you to return a favor. During your civil war we provided weapons and money for your country. We wish for you to return the favor. Intrest on top of the origianl amount we believe 1.2 trillion USD is fair to both parties. We expect this payment within forteen (14) days. If this deadline is not met without reasonable excuse we will be left with no option but to declare war and take back what is ours.

To the nation of Maldaathi

We believe this to be fair compensation for your aid in wartime. With rebuilding after the war, our economy has grown quite large, and we can (now) afford to pay this expense to an ally.

However, taking such a large amount of money out of our treasurey within a moments notice could have several ramifications we would not want to face, therefore, would a payment plan be an option? Four billion dollars every month, possibly? In this way, our economy would not suffer severe reprecussions, and you would still recieve your reparation within time.

The nation of Maldaathi deems your proposal UNACCEPTABLE. The Maldathian People have been screaming for their dues for some years and now they are not going to wait longer to be repayed. If you cannot matach 500billion a month, Nueve Italia will face the wrath of our armies.

The nation of Maldaathi has decided you have until Sunday 0:00:00 Maldaathi Central Time (GMT+8). If our demands of 1.6 trillion (It has been increased and will increase until the sum of 2 trillion on Sunday) are not ment we will send a missile into the heart of your land followed by a full-strength invasion. I'm sorry to our old ally Nueve Italia but we must declare war on your country. Preparations are being made to launch a neutron bomb into the heart of your capital city. After this missile is launched we will be launching a invasion in which we hope to take our 2 trillion dollars by force.

OOC: A closed war? just you and Nueve Italia or betwwen you and a few allies and Nueve and a few allies?

Mondoth is very interested in reafirming our old Alliance with Nueve Italia. In this interest, a new Mondothian Delegate is being assigned to NUeve Italia to discuss a new relationship including the possibility of a trade alliance and an exchange of embassies and militayr bases.

OOC: Me and him only. makes it quicker i believe when you dont have to wait on someone who only posts once per week but chose to play a major role in the story. And sending a delegate to Nueve Italia... do you think thats wise when in 14 hours our Neutron Bomb should be ready for launch?

OOC: I don't see why not, A neutron bomb has very limited range of effect, hitting the capitol probably wouldn't hurt the airport at another large city (Due the the threat of A neutron bomb, it would be suicide to send a delegate to the capitol city, which would probably be evacuating even now, and the vital government assets are probably not to be found within several hundred miles of the capitol city, Mondoth's government evacuation site isn't even in Mondoth, and ignoring OOC things like the war being closed, the sooner relations are established, the sooner we can sell them weapons and supplies.
