Dear National Leaders,
As you may or may not know, my old nation 'Bestiville' was taken over by terrorists while I was on a business trip.
The situation could not be resolved, and Dregruk had to blow it to smitherines with a nuclear bomb.
Now, a lot of advanced spy equipment was lost in the explosion, and noone is brave enough to venture into the wasteland and recover it.
I am calling upon anyone who has technologically advanced spy equipment, so that I can trade for it and rebuild my spy network.
