Honestly, Deathwind, are you obviously able to take care of the WMDs once you have bought them? I don't think so, because you are too young too provide and maintain proper capabilities of possessing these weapons. I am as evil as you are, yet I'm not as obessed and psychotic as you are with trying to be more evil than anyone. There are far more evil nations that accomplish better. You are just trying to gain respect and notoriety without even trying to do anything with your ideas of dominince (even if you are a young, puny nation). In fact, try not to gain notoriety before you can attack nations because they will be more aware of you before then, and you will embarrass yourself in front of bigger, stronger nations with your threats to whomever.
