Following steady reform under the Royal Diet and King Drake Rlugia, The Hevenan Diplomatic Corps(HDC) has deemed it a good time to begin establishing contacts with nations far and abroad. The HDC is primarily interested in allowing foreign nations to set up embassies in Hevena, but trade agreements and military alliances also possible, perhaps.
