The Marnikara

Marnikara System
The Ship hung there. The massive Cargo Liner just…sat. The Savior of the Marnikaran species. The Binary Planet that was their home system had begun its ending days many years ago, the Smaller of the two worlds had been impacted and the orbit that once made the larger planet a beautiful world for the Marnikara now left it soon to collapse into itself. The event was happening with amazing speed, and this craft, the MPC Morthara, was trying to load as many people as it could onto its self containable habitat.
The Planetoid was a brilliant design. From the outside, it merely looked like an iron ball One hundred Kilometers in diameter. It just hung there, with the Silver hulls of ships entering its interior. The Outer metal layer was merely a design signature. Extending Ten Kilometers from the surface of the ship was the Klair Field, or more accurately, the Atmosphere/Shield that gave the ship its Atmosphere. Ships moved in and out, transporting people.
But then, at some unknown signal, the ships just began to pull into the surface of the Planetoid. By some unheard command, the craft all entered the Field. Only Five million had been saved, but then, looking below. People could tell that to attempt to rescue anymore would be an impossible task. The storms where to a point where they where ripping apart the cities with ease. There was no way that ships would find any more living upon the surface. The Massive craft waited until all craft where inside, before its hangers began to close, and the Field was pulled back to hug the surface of the massive craft.
Then, it just waited. It would become apparent that it was simply waiting for the two planets to collide. They would record the deaths of billions that would one day remind others the wrath of God. This was forever bound in the powers of Eternity. No one would forget the day that Marnika was destroyed by Mara, no one would forget the day that god gave his children a new reason for existence. Their time of indulgence was at an end. They had lived for long times by themselves, letting the weaker races get along with their lives. But now, that would end. There where races that sinned against God, there where races that stood against his will. They must be converted as the two planets collided, the priests spoke of a new age. As the planets fell apart and became asteroids, the Massive ship seemed to turn into a mirage, and then falter, before disappearing completely.
Ingora System
The Massive craft simply was there. The planet before them launched fighters, all that their newly formed space navy could cope to hold up. They did not stand against the Massive Planetoid, which simply let loose a hail of fire which sliced apart the fighters before it. It Continued to hang there, slicing through the worlds ground defenses. Soon troops would be landed, but for now, the Planetoid was content to slice away at its leisure.
