(OOC: Im a newb at roleplaying so please tolerate my horrible RPing for a while. Also give advice.)
Message to all nations:
"For too long our country has suffered. Life it seems is not what it used to be. Pollution, disease, and oppression has made our once proud nation a living hellhole.
Our economy has failed years ago and our people fall victim to these harsh times. Loved ones that once had hope for a better future are now dead. Dead. The government began to execute civilians after they began to demand for reforms. The bodies were hanged in public to show what might happen to us. But these executions could not hold back our misery. Over the years, we have created a resistance movement. Ouroperations were mainly hit-and-run attacks until recently.
Now, the resistance movement has grown too large. The government knows about our existance and is beginning a nationwide crackdown. We have no other choice, but to declare war on the Seetian Government. We ask for military assistance and aid to our cause. We can not fight this war alone."
[OOC: Don't worry. Everyone was a newbie once. Actually, I still am :eek:. For one thing, don't say that you're RPing is horrible. Your post is fairly good, although your grammer needs some work. Although, some backstory for your nation would be good. Finally, who is going to RP the government of your nation? I'm guessing you are going to RP the resitance. Anyway, I'm not sure if I'll join or not, but it seems interesting enough]

Message: The dominion regrets your current position, and under normal circumstances an expeditionary force would be assembled to help you crush this attempt at revolution, but these are not normal circumstances. The Dominion is currently enganged in crushing it's own rebellion.
Becuase we cannot aid you in any way militarily, we will help you finacialy. Four billion USD will be sent to you, to help in the destruction of the rebels. Should you survive this dark period of your history the Dominion will consider you an ally, should, however, you fall to these infidels all records of our communication with you will be traced and deleted. You will have never existed to us.

Message: We are gladdened by this proposition, again I am sorry about the lack of any physical support, as well as the meagre ammount we offered you in stead, but we cannot waste so many of our own funds of foreign wars. We cannot make the same assumptions about the course of our own rebelion as you can of yours. We wish you luck, again. Perhaps more aid will be delivered in the future.

We offer 100 specially trained SBS troops, they are second to none when it comes to covert opperations.
We also offer munitions support to the rebels, however they will not be directly available from us, we dont want to trigger a major diplomatic incident.
We will withdraw our troops if we feel they are close to being caught and will deny all knowlegde of sending any communiques.
