'Since the Corporate Empire occupied the intellectually and technologically inferior planet, renamed Carthaj after our greatest military commander, and attempted to advance the lives of the people living there, our people have been the subject of abuse. We have made, constant efforts to try and bring these people round to our way of life. But they continue to wage their foolish campaigns. Last week, the terrorists blew up the Governors office, killing 32 Arborian citizens as well as the Governor.
We have tried to counter these attacks with the execution of terrorist suspects, but more come every day. It is now nessecary to remove the source of unrest. Later today, we will dispatch 800,000 of our Kyrakeen shock troops to the planet. They will proceed to kill all 980 million of the traitors. This is our last resort and one we take with regret. But these people have left us no choice. We will expect the full support of the community.
