The C.C.E. (Coalition of Corporate Entities, acting Government of Arkanaland) is seeking formal treaties/alliances with peer and smaller Nations. Realising just how chaotic the World at large is, the C.C.E. must now take steps to not only protect itself - but also those with like-minded interests in free-market, free-trade, and personal liberties. With this said, the C.C.E. brings to the International Table, a proposal of Mutual Trade, Aide, and in dire circumstances - Protection.


Trade Agreement
This agreement will be in effect for ten years (unless otherwise noted), and automatically renewed unless otherwise stated. The Conditions go as followed:

The C.C.E. will lift any international trade regulations to allow your Country free-trade within the borders of Arkanaland; the same is expected for the C.C.E.
Products and Resources will be sold at 5% discount; visa versa.
Stores, Chains, Malls featuring your companies will be allowed to set up shop in Arkanaland without the need to pay Corporate Dues.
All Trading Ships will be allowed in the ports of Arkanaland, and seek shelter during times of war, or heavy storm.


Aide Agreement
Monetary and Medical Aid will be provided for in cases of War, Famine, or Disaster.

In the case of Disaster, $250,000,000-$5,000,000,000 may be donated to the cause of rebuilding - tending to your Nation's people. Donations may also be made in the case of war - but only under the insurance that it will be spent upon your Nation's Civilians.
Medical Aid may also be sent to yoru Nation, through C.C.E.'s Military, in the form of Medical Platoons or Brigades - or Private Charites may send Volunteer Civilian Doctors and Nurses.



Military Agreement
In the case of war, certain embargoes mey be iempaced against the offending nation - if applicable. In dire circumstances, where the allied Nation is threatened, Mobilisation of Military Assets may occur in the defence of said Allied Nation. In the case of agression on the part of the Allied Nation, Arkanaland reserves the Right of Neutrality. Same goes for cases where two allied nations go into war with one another.

The following lists the system by which actions will take place.

Condition Green, Trade Embargoes will be levied upon the offending Nation
Condition Blue, Monetary Aid will be sent to allied Nation.
Condition Yellow, Medical Assistance will be sent in the form of Medical Platoons/Brigades
Condition Purple, Peace Keeping/Asset Security Forces will be mobilised, consisting of no more than four Brigades, and no less than two.
Condition Red, Used only under the most extreme circumstances, in the face of open conflict, full Military Mobilisation will be enacted.


Agreements may be modified upon review of the C.C.E. Board.

We of the C.C.E. try to be equal in our dealings with other Nations, no one side seeing more benefit than the other. We are glad you have accepted our proposal, the papers will be airmailed to you. All conditions of the alliance will be in full affect by the coming dawn. Your ships our welcome in our ports, and your citizens - welcome in our borders. I hope this will bring to eachother, binding ties that will last throughout time.


OOC: Mbootooania? Technically, yes, it is a proposal. KatangaWoggaWogga, give credible IC reasoning for the declairation. But if you're truly serious about it - I propose at most a Champion fight. If your threat is to be taken seriously.

OOC: Dang, AIM doesn't work for me...I seriously screwed up my computer. All well, always have TG. I normally wouldn't bother with it, but I have been entertaining the notion of creating a colloseum-type arena for such events...the only thing needed would be an impartial OOC proctor.

OFFICAL MESSAGE FROM THE HIGH-LEADER

Me and the arch-bishops of zackaroth have looked over this and find it most agreeable. We would like to extend a grapevine and become allies with Arkanaland. We have never had full allies before besides in time of war but with Our Frist Birthday of Zackaroth this month we feel the need to let go of some old ways and become more involved with the international commuinty.

The Tokera would like to become allies and enter in all three of the agreements. Trade Agreement, Aide Agreement, Military Agreement will be used, we also would like to enter into our standard alliance of a mutual defence pact. The terms are as follows

2.If either nation comes under attack from one or several nations not included within this treaty, the other will respond with military action as soon as possible.

3.If either nation is subject to destabilizing factors from the interior or from outside countries, such as sabotage, terrorist actions, instigation to revolt, the other nation will respond with
military action if required.

4.The nations signing this treaty undertake not to nurture, harbour or support any person, group of persons or institutions whose aim is to destabilize the political, military, territorial and economic or social security of its allied nation.

These items are agreeable, specifically the item addressing anti-terrorism - which is something we woefully neglected in our treaty. We do hope that our trading will make both of our nations bludgeon down the door of the golden age.

The C.C.E. is very honored that you have chosen us to be your first firm ally, and we will back all Nations at our side with a whole heart. We also wish your Nation a wonderful "birth"day, and we shall indeed, send a prized gift; a silver watch encrusted with diamonds at the band. Tiny Rubies, Saphires, and other semi-precious stones will form a mosaic of your Nation's flag in the face.
