Arkanaland (Land Archane), the great land of Capitalism - where the streets are paved where turnpikes span - where the ire of opprotunity knocks upon ivory doors. But a recent vote by the House of Boardmembers may change that for part of Arkanaland. In the border regions of Arkanaland, large tracts of land will be opened up as "Free-Economic Ranges," where one may practice whatever Economic System they may wish.

"This was first proposed many years ago, when the first non-capitalist groups formed, and began to cause dissent, but such proposals were dismissed by the Boardmember Council. Now - with even more pressure groups forming, calling for more socialistic agendas, even Communism - we are finally ready to concede to their point." Explained Corporate Advisor, Henry Messenger

The first of three tracts has already been set aside, which makes up 240 square miles of land unfit for corporate or Industrial developement (Arkanaland's form of enviornmentally protected areas). Four Communes are already planned to be built by various Communist supporting organizations. As well as an AnarachoCapitalist Compound. More is expected to spring up in a few years. Freedom of movement and trade will be maintained.

"This is a forward step for Free Market, and a huge leap in freedom for those of us that do not conform to the Capitalist idea," Said Mark Jurio, of the Communist People's Party.
