We, the people of The Oppressed People of the Psychomaniacs, call forth a meeting of the greatest evil, psychotic, and/or depotic regions and rouge nations of the world.
We, representing Psycho Land for the time being (until our Foreign Ammbassador returns), would like to invite despotic regions to enter into an allience and to offer each other mutual financhal and millitary support.
In all wars we would assist each other and prove to be an unstoppable force!

I have plenty of forces to spare, although after the recent FF incident with Saint Fedski in Darvainia, I'm not sure how much he'd want me to join in.
