But if you wish to kill civilian populations then go with the Nemesis-9 strain B, a far less potent version of the strain x but it is safe for that kind of deployment you have in mind.

The area is protected by sizable fleet and other forces. The nemesis 9 virus was accounted for with tight security and special chem suits and doors that automatically close once the virus is detected in the air blocking off the infected areas. The same went for the genome virus, the large cubic tanks with different viruses were fork lifted into the base with caution.
