Falastnia has always relied on the Falastine Air Command to repel enemy attacking the country from the seas. Launching anti-ship missiles such as the Swedish Rb. 15 from F-16s, they were not an effective solution to the naval threat that Falastinia faced.
Thus Falastinia has decided to build up its Naval Force that has been neglected for long. But then, as the country is inexperienced in such matters, we need help, in the form of training and equipment, from other countries who are willing to provide it.

After much thought, the Falastine High Command has decided to take up your gracious offer. We thank you for your generosity.
We have decided to purchase 60 Wolfe Class Destroyers, but we require an overhaul of the ship's design in order to meet our defense requirements. Can we invite over some of your engineers and analysts over to Falastinia in order to discuss this matter?
As for the MBT-06 tank, we are truly satisfied with its performance and we will pay the full development cost for it and an addition 2.4 million Markes in compensation for whatever inconvinience the delay has caused you. We are expecting equipment and advisors for the production of the tank to arrive in Falastinia soon.
