Due the current crisis within the Mediterranean sea the British Empire and Republic of Jaridia have come to the following agreement, regarding passage into the Suez canal.
The following treaty has been agreed upon.
Clause One: The British Empire, will hereby be referred to as, the Primary State, and Jarridia will secondly be referred to as the Owner State.
Clause Two: The Primary State and her dominion will hereby grant certain strategic rights within Somalia and the province of Yemen to the Owner State in regards to peaceful relations with the international community, upon their attempts to share the strategic viability of the Red Sea.
The Primary State, will allow this transfer of sovereignty for no less than six years, upon which the current clause will be up for review, and strategic analysis, by necessary investigatory bodies, whom shall be chosen, at the Primary States whim.(*1)
The Owner State shall be given, upon the treaties nullification, no less than seven months notice, at which time, the Owner State agrees to implement an evacuation procedure, within one week of said eviction order being issued.
Both Owner and Primary state agree to pursue all necessary, and strategically viable military action, upon the transgression of this treaty by a foreign body.
Clause Three: The Owner state fully recognises the Primary states right to utilise the Suez Canal for military and civilian purposes, and upon no occasion can Imperial vessels or property be delayed without good cause.
The Owner state agrees, that upon impediment, if it should so occur, that all contents within said vessels in question will remain property of the Primary state, and if any, Primary state subjects are found to be knowingly breaking Local law, then, they will be entitled to full legal representation and tried before a court of law within the Primary state.
The Owner State agrees that the Primary State now holds vested interests regarding the Asian artery, and as such, the nation of Jaridia therefore agrees, dual responsibility, in question to temporary, or indefinite closure of the matter in hand. If such an action is found to be demanding or necessary the Owner State and Primary State must therefore agree upon this decision mutually. Serving this, the Primary State and Owner State will then be responsible for mutual defence of the Asian artery and surrounding strategic holdings.
Clause Four: The Primary State and Secondary State agree to full encompassing and dictating dual military responsibility in the event of either subjects undergoing foreign transgressions of the most serious nature.
As such, this clause is not necessary upon transgressions of allied foreign entities, at which, the commencements of heated diplomacy may be in direct contrast to one said member of this agreement.
Clause Five: The Owner State also agrees that certain strategic assets of the Primary State are to be positioned in such a way as to facilitate the protection of Primary interests along the trans-oceanic passage in question, such that the Primary State defines as being conducive to the advancement of its interests concerning the aforementioned.
Clause Six: The Owner State agrees and adheres to the importance of the strategic viability to the trans-oceanic passage, as depicted in clause three, and further knowingly accepts that certain strategic aspects of the matter in hand, must be, for international security and continuity, reevaluated within three years of this treaty being solidified and accepted by both states. Therefore both states acknowledge, that it is the Primary states responsibility to carry out an evaluation, by a chosen committee The committee shall be formed in confidence detailed in clause two paragraph two. and upon the committees findings, both states agree to abide by their ruling enthusiastically without hindrance and/or delay.
Clause Seven: Both the Primary State and Owner State agree, to adhere by the above stipulations upon reprimand of an international tribunal and/or military alliance, which, neither state, upon the blatant disregard for the above aforementioned clauses, can call upon national acquaintances, bound by other treaties/agreements not mentioned in the above. This clause governs all past and/or future foreign legal and material support.
The following signatures state, the Primary States and Owner States agreement to the above mentioned clauses and stipulations.
