The Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom is proud to announce the creation of the Space Navy! It has taken 3 years for us to accomplish this feat but we have created 2 different types of vessels that will be used for fast attack and the defence of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire from any space based assault platforms. The two different vessels are properly named the Dragon Class and the Autumn Class. Each is to be used for specific purposes. The first deployment of these fine space craft are to be in orbit above the Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom until they are needed elsewhere.


Dragon Class

The Dragon Class was designed as a sub orbital bombardment ship. It was then redesigned to include the ability to launch 3 different types of weaponry in a multitude of different directions. The Turrets can fire weaponry all around the vessel to protect against and assault any enemy vessel, station, or weapon. It then has several Ventral Missile Launchers. These make it so that it can orbitally bombard targets on the ground in rapid succession. This is great for attacking enemy nations who are assaulting Shazbotdom from multiple angles.

Autumn Class

The Autumn class was designed for the purpose of launching weaponry at close range to an enemy orbital stronghold quickly and effectivly. It's high speeds make it extremely difficult to lock onto with conventional weaponry and the polarized hull makes damaging it extremely difficult. This craft is also designed to be used to bombard enemy positions from an orbital position.

With the Creation of the new Shazbotdom Space Navy, Shazbotdom Space Command has issued a new set of orders for the Captain and Crews of all Shazbotdom Space Navy ships to follow. These will be consiquently named the Directives. They are to be followed by the letter and breaking them will fall under the gravest of consiquences.


***THE DIRECTIVES OF THE PURE SOCIALIST HOLY EMPIRE OF SHAZBOTDOM
AND SHAZBOTDOM SPACE COMMAND***
1st Directive
(Prime Directive)
Do not interfere with the development of foreign civilizations
It is forbidden to all spaceships and members of Shazbotdom Space Command to interfere with the normal development of any culture or society. This directive is more important than the protection of spaceships or members of Shazbotdom Space Command. Losses are tolerated as long as they are necessary to observe this directive.

2nd Directive
Protection of foreign intelligent life forms
Under no circumstances, even not to protect the life of his crew, an officer of Shazbotdom Space Command has the right to hurt or damage an intelligent life form, except if this is necessary to observe the Prime Directive.

3rd Directive
Protection of foreign intelligent life forms
An officer has to do everything he can to protect intelligent life forms, even if he and his crew are in danger. Any activity or inactivity, which damages an intelligent life form, is the same as a violation of Directive 2.

4th Directive
Executing orders of superiors
An officer has to execute every order of his superior except if this order violates the directives 1, 2 or 3.

5th Directive
Protecting the Empire
An officer has to do everything in his might to protect the security of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom, their members, their representatives and Shazbotdom Space Command except if this violates the directives 1, 2, 3 or 4.

6th Directive
Self Destruction at contamination
If the entire crew of a ship is dead or if the crew cannot act since 24 hours, the ship should be destroyed to protect other life forms or ships.

7th Directive
Prohibition of visiting quarantined areas or segments of space in orbit
No ship of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire can visit a area or segment of space in orbit which was put in quarantine by Shazbotdom Space Command except if this is required to protect the directives 1-5.

8th Directive
Responsibility and Punishment
An officer of Shazbotdom Space Command has to act under the law of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom. He has to chase and punish all who violates these laws.

9th Directive
Support of the contract partners
An officer of Shazbotdom Space Command has to respect all treaties of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom. He has to give any help that's required by the party to the treaty.

10th Directive
Reaction to approaching ships without communication
If a ship is approaching and a communication with this ship is impossible, the Commander of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire ship has to be alerted.

11th Directive
Prohibition of giving information to hostile life forms
No officer has the right to give information or to help enemies of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom or groups which are dangerous to the security of the Holy Empire.

12th Directive
Proper Behavior
An officer should not be impolite and he should not show an offensive or molest behavior against other life forms.

13th Directive
Transportation
No officer can send himself via transport ship to a dangerous location without an armed escort.

14th Directive
Condemnation on Board
An officer can be sentenced by at least three command officers, if he violated Federal law or a directive of Shazbotdom Space Command.

15th Directive
Taking over the Command if the commanding officer is absent
If the commanding officer is not present, dead or if he is incompetent, the second officer of the ship has to take over the command.

16th Directive
Prohibition of mutiny
No officer can instigate or participate in a mutiny against his superior.

17th Directive
Removing from duties
An officer can be removed from his duties at any time by a doctor or at least two other commanding officers if this officer is in a bad medical or psychological state.

18th Directive
Helping Pure Socialist Holy Empire ships and disciplining hostile ships
A Pure Socialist Holy Empire starship has to give any help that's needed for a registered private or commercial ship of the Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom. It is also allowed to make disciplinary or offensive actions against other ships which are violating Federal law.

19th Directive
Prohibition of transporting illegal substances/weapons - Confiscation of smuggled cargo
It is not allowed to a Pure Socialist Holy Empire starship to transport an illegal substance or cargo. It's also not allowed to transport non-registered weapons or dangerous life forms. Such a ship can be searched by another ship of the Holy Empire if it is suspected to smuggle.

20th Directive
Help for planets which are making no progress or are under a siege
When there is a contact with a planet which makes no progress in his development, which is under a siege or controlled by another race, an officer can make changes in the social structure of this planet with the goal to bring the planet to a technological path.

21st Directive
Destruction of intelligent life forms (see Directive 2)
The destruction of an intelligent life form is only allowed if this is necessary to prevent a violation of the Prime Directive.

22nd Directive
Destruction of the whole intelligent life form on a planet
The destruction of the entire life on a planet is only allowed if the inhabitants of this planet made a huge violation of the Prime Directive. An action like this can only be decided by a commanding officer with the rank of a captain or higher. This officer is fully responsible for his decision.
