I wonder if you have any outposts or starships in the 0-90 degrees quadrant of the Milky Way (on Green Sun's map) where my empire is located? My interstellar empire is currently still a sublight culture and it is simply not possible to make contact with your nation so far away (some 110,000 light years) in any feasible period of time.

If you might be able to have some presence at least within 50,000 light years of my empire (and better yet within 20,000) that I somehow stumble upon in one of my deep-space exploratory starships I would be able to establish an embassy on your world. (Though my empire would probably not learn of it until after they attain FTL capabilities, that's not important though).

With respect to our alliances, we presently hold mutual defense pacts with the nations of Klington and CoreWorlds, an alliance pact with Germanische Zustande, and presently hold the rank of HighLord in the Alliance of Naggeroth, an alliance that finds no end of contention against the alliance known as the Galactic Empire.

It has come to our attention lately that opinions of the UFGZ are not the most amicable by many. If possible we would prefer to act as a bridge of diplomacy between them and any who would seek to reestablish some form of talks. We must also assert that while we are allies with them, and will defend them if necessary, our political views are our own and in no way influenced by external sources.

We are pleased to say we have no problems with any of those alliances.
