Attention all nations that have, or have had diplomatic relations with the Holy Empire of Saint Fedski. If you wish to seek a relationship, read down.

In order to better organize ourselves, we request that you reply with the vitals of our relationship (Reminder: We have an entire district in the city of Sarnia dedicated to foreign officials and government agencies. This site is protected 24 hours a day, 7 days per week by 200 armed members of the ISF (Internal Security Force) as well as 50 officers from the Intelligence Bureau. To increase security further, regular patrols by the Paramilitary Police and Army Reserves are made to the area. It is therefore unnecessary to send over additional security forces but you may do so if you see fit. Transportation for your delegation can either be supplied by us, arranged with a civilian firm or provided by you.)

No armed vehicles or helicopters unless there has been a direct threat against your embassy. The Commonwealth of Saint Fedski does not take the security of foreign diplomats lightly.

All Embassy properties are considered sovereign territory of the nation with the embassy. No member of the Commonwealth Armed Forces may enter the property unless they are members of the Internal Security Force or unless there is proof that activities, illegal in the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski are taking place.

The Kraven filth and their slave-allies are a lawless and callous enemy, and we don’t doubt that should they come within range of your embassy you will be in just as mortal a danger as Xirniumite soldiers and civilians are of the Kraven dogs now. Of course, the foul Kraven Corporation is not yet anywhere near Holy Xirnium’s capital, but we still feel the need to inform you of this issue and we hope you take this precaution, out of concern for your people’s safety.

We are in the 2020s, but our technological base is almost completely comprised of 2005 equipment. Also, we meant 3 actual consulates in Courtright, Sombra and Petropolis, if this is at all possible. As former chairman of the former Holy Empire of Saint Fedski I must say that personaly I am glad that you have decided to place an embassy in Sarnia's Embassy dsitrict. My sincere apologies for the late reply. Saint Fedski was undergoing election campaigning and Mr. Misoui decided to leave official decisions to the next non-acting minister.

Even though rules and regulations don't permit the use of armed vehicles and aircraft in the embassy protection role, some rules can be bent or a loophole found. I made those rules for such a situation. Because of our excellent relations, the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, with the approval of The Republic of New McFarland leader, Vice Chairwoman Robynne Hay, will grant SEA to have a small military garrison within the Repubic of New McFarland. As you have stated, the military garrison will consist of 5 armed Humvees and 1 armed Blackhawk and will be assigned to a military installation of our choosing. We choose to have the SEA military garrison asigned to Embassy Protection duty in the City of Sarnia, Embassy district.
Also because you have an embassy within the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, the Embassy is considered to be the sovereign territory of SEA and therefore any flag SEA wishes to fly may fly. I hope this satisfies your requests, if not, well I will do what I can to make sure it does.

Before I finish this letter, I have been authorized by the Security Council (which I still pretty much have in the palm of my hand) to invite you to open a military liaison office at the Copacabana Naval Air Station. And if requested by the Government of SEA, shared military facilities in the nearby Copacabana Naval Base and the Jesse Russell Armed Camp, home base of the First and Second Army Corps.

The Commonwealth of Saint Fedski is sorry to be losing your friendship. The decision to expell your embassy personnel was made by another Government in another time. Your personnel were invited back as soon as the new government officially took over, in fact, it was the first official act of the reformed government. However it must be pointed out that this is a direct consequence of Xirnium's irresponsible Judiciary. Admittedly, Saint Fedski did fail to fulfil Article V but then retracted its statement and offered to begin talks, which Xirnium did not not happen for whichever reason. Your action of severing all trade ties is just fine with us as there has been little if any trade, definitely of nothing vital. However we will not withdraw from the Adamantine Alliance because we are still on good terms with Kahanistan. Also it was Xirnium who had invited invited us to join in the first place. With that stated, Xirnium and Saint Fedski are both still signed parties of the Adamantine Alliance cannot therefore engage in military conflict with one another. Also by refusing to return to diplomatic relations, you, yourselves are breaching Article V for refusing to negotiate this issue.

This is a message from the Minister of Defence and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces

Fellow diplomats, this is the first time that the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski has felt so threatened to request aid in case of an attack. There is a conflict in Torontia brewing and all Saint Fedskian vessels are being turned around by an Amestrian influenced Yallak Blockade. In return for the blockade, the Commonwealth Navy, under orders from the Interm Government of Torontia, was ordered to establish a blockade of Port Angeles, the Amestrian capital in Torontia. Before that could be established, the Yallak Navy fired upon a lightly escorted civilian convoy, sinking on destroyer with hundreds of missiles. While Yallak was commencing hostile action, the Amestrian Port Authority sunk an entire convoy, carrying vital medical and mechanical supplies to the population of the Republic of Torontia, while it was docking in the harbour due to a terrorist strike in the harbours in Seattle. If this blockade is not broken soon, the Torontian population and the Commonwealth forces in Torontia face certain peril. If any nation can help by either trading, or sending military forces, or both, they should get in touch with either Sir Louis Riel, Minister of Defence or General Obliqus, Deputy Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
