Churchs Taxed

This afternoon at 13:04 Athenian Standard Time, the Secular Maintainence (Taxation Amendment) Act was passed ,

The Act will effectively overturn the taxation exemtion for religous associations and will retroactively seek taxation for the previous financial year.

Church's engaged in charitable work will be eligible for exemptions and deductions for costs associated with this.

As of today all Church's will be treated as bussinesses and full access to deductions and exemptions, where applicable.

So called Tithes or Offerings will not be considered a tax deduction, unless made out specifically for charity work.

Charitable activities where religion is clearly identifable as being solicited, will not be exempt and will be treated as any unauthorised marketing campaign and subject to applicable laws.

THIS LAW DOES NOT AFFECT CHURCH SANCTUARY.

~Issued by the Treasury of the Republic, Office of Taxation.

This act is not in any way oppression, and is merely stopping the treatment of spreading religion as a charitable activity, correct?

Official Governmental Statement

We condemn, in all possible words the taxation of religious organizations. Rotovia, obviously, is planning to create an atheistic society, founded on principles of Marxism and immorality. Truly, Rotovia is led by puppets of Ahriman, and for this reason, I will state, Parthia is a nation which stands for freedom! Pay no mind to these so called "free democracies." They are in fact, closet Communist regimes, who care little for real human rights, such as religion, over fake ones, such as speech. Rotovia, cease your illegal actions!

INTERNATIONAL PRESS RELEASE
MINISTRY FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The Act in no way seeks to oppress or supress the free pratice of religion or in any way insult or infringe upon the open practice of faith.

It does however have two primary goals:

Firstly, to prevent religous institutions receiving unfair advantages.
Secondly, to recognise, facilitate & encourage the essential services many churches provide.

I hope this answer your question.

INTERNATIONAL PRESS RELEASE
GOVERNMENT OF ROTOVIA
Yet again the ingorance of Parthia fills the air with a distinct stench. Whilst Rotovia strives for a fair and equal society Parthia exploits it's people and calls it freedom. It is suprising they do not hold up a blue pen and call it red, for such is the mindset of a nation brainwashed and utterly decatent in their persuit of evil.
