After a billion years of only the Eternals judging the Dark Eternals and persecuting them for their crimes. The Eternals have decided for the trial of a captured Dark Eternal that was captured while he attempted to signal handily tried to conquer an entire galaxy. The Dark Eternal in general already has a broad past of reported crimes many that were out of that galaxy.

In order to make the trail of this Dark Eternal an interplanetary and intergalactic jury shall be gathered to represent the many different nations of the universe. The jury shall have twenty seven members. From the Eternals shall be three members of the jury as well as the judge being an Eternal. From nations of light shall be sent twelve representatives to be on the jury. From nations of Darkness and/or Chaos shall be sent twelve representatives to represent those with the same view as the Dark Eternal.
