I don't know that there's a consolidation one. If there is, it's probably linked from a link from a link from a link...I'm not surprised you can't find it.
I suggest you make a Factbook. Put about your nation's military, but also some history, some economics...that sort of thing. That way, people can learn about your nation. There is a guide here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8864533&postcount=5). It's daunting: don't worry, you don't need go to that level of detail.
Finally, simply a 'this is the Deathwind military' thread is an option. However, there's a lot like it, and I find it a bit spammy. So a Factbook is your best option in my opinion.

thanks, I just need something for referance for a war but a factbook sounds interesting.
