The Union states its willingness to begin putting military bases in other nations spa

It was announced by the DOD today that the union will now open up to nations seeking a military base on there soil, these bases will not only be defensive but they will also help with humanitarian aid and such, the union has several options available:

Orbital Ship yards
Small star base
Marine barracks
Armor barracks
Defensive installations (ground or space born)
Fighter wing
Star hospital
Orbital or planet born Cargo port

Note all these are optional
