Acting quickly before the international community could respond to the recent war, the new regieme has imported millions of tonnes of modern weaponry, hourly convoys of arms, ammunition, vehicles, spareparts, and various military equipment are seen pouring into 'Deathwind' territory.
Deathwind's neibhours are now more concerned than ever as they look upon their mysterious neibhour's military build up.
Deathwind is aquiring its modern weapons from a number of large corporations. Rumours of war crimes, enslavement of ethnic minorities, and the anti-UN attitude of the regieme do not seem to deter big business.
The major arms companies will however not sell the regieme nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons, or give assistance towards their development for any price, as the new state does not meet the corporations various requirements for theese purchaces.
This however has not stopped the new regieme from obtaining an 'enormous' quantity of anthrax bactilli, and an unknown number of nuclear warheads, from its blackmarket contacts in nearby Rashyyk, so claimed an undercover detective, the detective stated that there seems to have been no sign of payment for the material. Government officials are unsure of how to respond to this latest development, a spokesperson for the minister of defence stated: one man's claim seems to be just more rumours about a state we know nothing about...especially when we consider the fact that all of the regieme's purchaces have been to major companies, and no attempt was made to hide them, from this, we can calculate the cost of each system the regieme has bought and when we do we discover that the 'Deathwind's military budget leaves no funds for the kind of weaponry the detective claims he saw, - but none the less this is a very serious claim from a trained observer and we have been investigating it since it was made.
The fact that the detective is now being questioned suggests the investigations have yeilded little results.
