The United Empire of Comatica is, again, accepting requests for foreign embassies. Each embassy shall be constructed in the Embassy District, in the Comatic Forum. If, for any reason, the land in the forum cannot be used, the site for your embassy may be moved across the Channel River, farther away from the Forum.

If you wish to exchange embassies with Comatica, you must agree with the terms marked with an asterisk (*).

We reserve the right to deny any nation an exchange of foreign embassies for any reason.*

You may supply a maximum of 40 armed sentries to guard your embassy, and may have a maximum 4 helipads. Helicopters may not be armed with weapons.*

You must supply the name of an ambassador for approval.*

As this is an exchange thread, Comatica must be permitted to construct an embassy in your nation if you wish to construct one in ours. We will honor our own system and supply a maximum of 40 guards, a maximum of 4 helipads, and supply the name of an ambassador.*

You may submit an image of the building that you would like your embassy constructed as. We will do our best to replicate it.

The Orthae, also dressed in kevlar and full white suits, will be armed with an assortment of weapons, including the A-9 submachine gun, the VSS “Thread Cutter” sniper rifle, Mechem NTW-20 Anti-Material rifle, KS-23 Special Carbine shotgun, or their OTs-27 Berdysh pistols. They have these weapons to fulfill specific duties, ranging from the sniper on the roof during public appearances, to the average guard standing behind him when he is seen on television.

OOC: Not a dictatorship, per se. I said in my factbook that Comatica is oft called the "people's empire," mostly because there is a senate of about 210 representatives from all parts of the empire, who are elected by the citizens. Other than that, Comatica is ruled by a not-so-absolute emperor.

Unfortunately, while I don't like the 40 armed staff only rule, I'll agree to all of your terms.
I submit the following design http://egj.lib.uidaho.edu/egj18/picture2.jpgfor my embassy. I don't expect that you will have all the resources available. And giving up that amount of land may be a issue with your people, so we will buy the land required, and the resources.
Also, we would like to make the main structure a museum of Optischer. This will provide an increase in culture and knowledge in your population.
Also, as a gesture of Goodwill, I will allow an embassy within my land, of Comatican origin.
Send me a design and specs and I will build it free of charge, but under two rules.
Rule#1: Alls rules you have set out must be obeyed by you and your people within the embassies within optischerian territory.
Rule#2: That your embassy has a museum on Comatica, so that our citizens may learn more about your culture, and that international relations are improved.

IC: Indeed, your application will be approved, and we thank you. Because of the sheer size of your requested design, we will increase the number of armed guards to 65, but only in your case. Also, we will move the plot for your embassy across the Channel River, where more space is available.

We had no intention of not following our own specification, so we would like the embassy constructed in the following way:

A 3-story building, with a concrete wall 10 feet high surrounding the plot of land

Two metal gates, one at the north end, and one at the south end, with security cameras posted near them

Living quarters for the staff, the guards, and the ambassador

OOC: Dunno. I just like to create, I guess. I took about 6 hours one Saturday and wrote it, with small amounts of detail in history, topgraphy, my leader's profile, and military stuff. I made a quick map and I was done. Then, over the course of the weeks and months, I added on to it almost daily, tweaking small things and adding massive sections. Before I knew it, I had a factbook that had thousands of words in it (I counted one lonely afternoon :)), and a bunch of other stuff that I never would have thought of in one day. Story of my life :D .

I was pleasantly surprised to find that interest in this program still existed. I had long thought this to be defunct. But I thank you, for revitalizing the Comatic Exchange Program and bringing my attention back to the international stage.
I thank you, wholeheartedly, for your interest. Of course, your application has been approved, and, in turn, I will send over our application for an embassy in Xirnium. Comatica is prepared to send 95 civilian embassy staff, and 25 military personnel for security.
