ViZion maintains ban on torture

After carely consideration, ViZon has officially decided to maintain its ban on torture. This comes after a group proposed to begin usage of torture on criminals, spies, enemy militants, and terrorists. It also comes after President Delain's son, Day Delain, was flogged to death publicly for murder of two teenagers.
Please take note that ViZion does not consider flogging as a form of torture, thus flogging and flogging to death are still legal.

We are extremely pleased by the outcome of this proposal. We are confident that any internal issues you may have in the future can be resolved without resorting to such primitive methods. If such brutality [murder of the two teenagers] occurs again, may we suggest a forced exile or an extradition to a forgein nation? We will accept and incarcerate any such persons in our maximum security prision in order to maintain law and order in your nation. Once again we applaud your decision and reaffirm our confidence in your internal policies.

OOC: Just to let ya know, you addressed that to President Delain's dead son, lmao.. lol

ViZion still does use execution, which most convicted murderers will recieve. However, it will not be by way of torture. (OOC: note that ViZion does not view flogging as torture, so flogging is still legal) However, our courts will have the option on exile, should the judge see that it would be a fitful sentencing.

Andmerica would like to inform you that in case you ever need a place to send exiles, you can send them here. We do consider flogging torture however, so we will never import prisoners to your country unless you agree to not flog them. Other than that, we will gladly take any exiles.

The bruised and exhausted man chained against the wall looked up.
"I heard your message Your Excellency. Does this mean you will do the same?", he asked in a raspy broken voice.
Crossman grinned evily, "Why, of course not fool! I said I was glad they are no longer using torture! Now dance puppet!!!"
He slammed down the lever sending thousands of volts through the chained man.
