"Today, as part of the celebrations for National Green Week, the government of Premier NĂ©meth has announced the latest series of measures designed to preserve our environment.
Most significantly is the breakthrough by the governments Institute of Technology Research into the technology used to make Hydrogen Vehicles. The Minister of the Environment takes up the story during his press release:"

"Currently in Celtayoshi the government has been encouraging all Petrol Stations to offer Hydrogen Fuel Pumps to fill Hydrogen fuel cell. However, following the passing of 'The Celtyoshi Environment and Transport Act' all new petrol stations will be required to operate at least 75% of their pumps as Hydrogen Pumps, and all current ones will be required to install at least 25% of their total pump numbers as Hydrogen pumps. This is due to the most significant section of the act which forbids any new cars to run on fossil fuels. They must now operate by Hydrogen Fuel Cells, or any suitable alternative method. The government is most thankful to the three largest motor companies in Celtayoshi for endorsing this idea after several hours of negotiations.
Current figures place the number of cars in Celtayoshi at 6.76billion, with only 15% being what we consider green cars. In the next 15 years we hope to have 99% of these cars running on Hydrogen or a similar environmentally fuel. In 20 years time cars running on fossil fuels shall be banned from the roads.
The widescale use of the Hydrogen Car has been made possible by new breakthroughs in the conversion of hydrogen from sunlight an water, as well as new developments in the storage of hydrogen, allowing cars to run for longer and more efficiently. We will be able to produce all our hydrogen needs in Celtayoshi, and this will significantly reduce our oil imports as well.

Now, this is not our only measures we are announcing, Celtayoshi is also to phase our its last 14 Oil and 4 Coal Power plants, replacing them either under our 'Cash for Solar Roof' program, the 'Wind/Water' directive or a nuclear power plant if people so choose. The government will also be establishing 6 new major rail routes into and out of Belfast to the rest of the country, and in the three largets cities the subway network shall be expanded and upgraded.

Finally, we are pleased to announce funding for a more concentrated drive to reduce Aircraft Emissions by 10% in 25 years, as we seek to further reduce our Greenhouse Gas Emissions."
