(ooc:Its an energy weapon the rifle is depicted there with the clip , and that’s actually a high rate of fire for an assault rifle, if you look at it at in full auto you would be depleting all your rounds in 10 seconds in semi auto it only fires like 4 or 5 rounds or pulses a second)

Actually, 10 RPS does seem a bit low, as I can fire around 15 RPS semi-auto with a mid quality paintball marker. A high-tech energy weapon should be able to fire faster than that. Otherwise, looks pretty good, besides the pic. If you want, I'll see what I can do about making a new one for you.
