Please ignore my first post with this title I accidently did though one of my puppets.
The Imperial Land of Findan (http://www.nationstates.net) has opened an embassy exchange program. Findan would like to exchange embassys and also would like to have military bases established in Findan and Findan would like to establish military bases in other nations.

A recently vacated military base is up for demolition near Sarnia (Capital). We extend this offer as a sign of friendship and trust between our two nations. We will permit you to operate and maintain a base of operations from this base for Helicopters and a Quick Reacationary Force. The Holy Empire of Saint Fedski currently experiences turbulence along all the borders and may need some assistance if things once again spiral out of control (as of now, everything is under control). We ask that control is lost, you will be able to help us restore order ASAP and in return for you help, we will export arms to you at a greatly discounted price.

The Commonwealth of Pheanix is very interested in opening an Embassy on your honorable nation, as expected a plot of land have been separated in the embassy district for your use. If accepted Ambassador Shelloj will be dispatch along with a contingent of 20 armed guards, to begin working immediately. Assistants would be hired from the local population although a confidential clause would be included in their contracts for obvious reasons. The amount vehicles sent will not surpass said limitations and will be sent at a later day, after my people are settle down.

As you know, The Grand Duchy of Pulsifer is currently busy following the cleanup of the recent war with the WCU, and as such cannot send an ambassador at this time. however, The Richard II Wing of the Vice Regal Palace has recently become unocupied, and we would be delighted if Findan would take that as an embassy. The wing on the palace is about four hundred years old, and is done in Viennese Baroque architecture. The inside is marble floors and wood panneled walls, with plenty of antiques. The Windows in the ambassador's office provide a gorgeous view of the River Tems, and the Plantagenet Castle, the meeting place of the Council of Ministers.

We will be send Ambassador Thompson Nelson along with 24 personal of our diplomatic core, 6 MP’s for security, 2 Elusion Class vehicles and 1 Merlin Helicopter for transport. We understand that you would like a military base built by us in your nation and to build a military base by you in ours. Since, neither of us is in alliance we cannot allow you to build a military base in ours nor are we going to build one in yours. However, if we were in a defense alliance we would agree to let you build any type of military base in our nation. If a defense alliance is to your satisfaction then we see no problems.
The terms for our defense alliance are
1. If either party is attacked the other will come to their aid.
2. If either party is the aggressor the other is not obligated to come to the others aid.
3. Even though the other party might be the aggressor, this does not mean the alliance is voided, the one coming to their aid can defend their borders but are not obligated to advance beyond the said parties border and invaded said members enemy (enemies).
4. Either party can cancel or modify (if both parties agree) this alliance any time.

We will build a Army/Air Force Base that will be able to supply our 2nd Corps made up of 1 Armoured Division and 2 Mechanized Divisions. Thats 51,802 ground troops plus an Air Wing of around 120 aircraft and their ground crews. That includes helicopters, ground support, air superiority fighters and fighter-bombers.

We will be restaffing our offices at our Embasy within the next week or two. We appologize for the withdrawl of our staff at the embasy before but we didn't want anyone who would have been pissed off at us from the Mutual Aid Pact to attack us. But we will still remain not a member of the MAP until such a time as we see fit to rejoin the organization.
