The nation is not divided, the government frowns down upon dividing a nation into states or provinces. The capital changes sometimes, so that it is always in the largest city.

Largest city: Oderen (50 million approx.)
Whurfu is largely a trading city with most governmental admin based there too. It is between a desert and a forest/jungle.
Oderen is in the aforementioned forest/jungle almost 3 times the size of Whurfu, it is surrounded by thick jungle on all sides, not including trade routes.

Penbryn is the official captital and is a small city of libarys, embassies and universities, it is the official city of peace, understanding and knoledge of Pantycellen.
Llanedyrn is a large city on the southern most promentory of pantycellen, it is a city built on a large rock upcrop and is surrounded by sea and marsh on all sides, there are over 3 million people living here mainly of the chudley tribe. the city is dominated by the imposing pinicle of the light house a tower over 100 foot high
