Today in Starenell, a law was passed outlawing the Cult of Bane. All Banite
churchs are being closed, and Banite priests are being arrested. Resistance is expected from the city of Zyenar, where the Torm religous division is preparing to round up the key memebers of the Banite cult. Practitioners are not being assaulted however.

Today the Torm division surrounded the city and ordered an evacuation. All leaving a checked for Banite marks, and for weapons, before they leave.

Shoot the fuckers now when you still can, man! I know by experience that these kind of a cults can turn out to be pretty nasty if you don't whack the shit out of them when you still have the chance. Arrest the leaders and make a hole in them, torture to get the list's of members and the slain them too. If this is done properly, no further problems should appear.

At night sixteen Everhaul 2195 trucks, loaded with 4,000 M-16's, each driven by an operative of the Mukhabarat al-Kahanistan, the Intelligence Service of Kahanistan. Their orders were to arm the Church of Bane in Zyenar to resist the expulsions. They each took different routes to Zyenar. Kahanistan knew nothing of the Church of Bane, but Kahanistan was home to more than 70 million Satanists, the Bane Church couldn't be any worse.

yeah, i know, but i dont really pay attention to it for my nation. NS doesn't do true commie nations well for some reason, and unless i become an evil bugger i have no army. also, i am almost bankrupt according to Nsecomy...
i actually RP with a sub-0.1% army, about half that in my airforce, and about 0.2% in my navy. easy even for a nation with almost no militant type people.

OOC: Kahanistan is actually a multi-religious, socialist democracy, which values freedom of religion. It is 30% Jews, 20% Christians, 20% Atheists, 10% Muslims, 10% Satanists, and 10% other religions. I wouldn't say evil bugger nation but highly interventionist.

OOC: i dont really play with a budget. i extract all my own raw materials, process them, and then build my own stuff w/o ever seeing a penny in currency. the workers get credited work credits, with which they can then "buy" what luxuries they want from the government run shops. work credits are virtual and are held in a government account for each person. i do export a few luxury goods for foreign curency and i occasionally buy stuff in i.e. foreign built military equipment, but that is rare as my whole economy tries to avoid using oil where it can as my near-future version has only some small reserves left to be used in constructing essentials while there is none left to extract anywhere in the world. anyway, isrn
