South-Nerotika

Parliament Building, South Nerotika
Prime Minister Bob Kingston, a man of his late 40's, with thick brown hair that was apparently well groomed, piercing eye brows and a semi-permanent stern facial expression sat in front of the camera's anxiously awaiting the moment he would announce South Nerotika's presence to the world. After all of the battle and bloodshed, he was happy that it had come to an end. He was happy that the United States of Credonia came to the aid of the people within the southern portion of Nerotika, though it could not "rescue" the whole of Nerotika, however, her allies provided for the other parts. It had been long since the clash of Nerotika and Credonia and life was going back to normal, and living conditions were much better than they had ever been. The idea of representative democracy excited the people and they showed their appreciation by regularly voting in local and national elections.
"Sir, you're on in, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...."
"My fellow Nerotikans, we as an independent nation, as an independent and self governing people have made it. Since the breaking up of Nerotika and the instution of a democratic government in South Nerotika we were given the chance to better ourselves, our people, and create an independent government that did not rely on our protecting nation so that we too can become as powerful and influential as Credonia. Today, we will start the first step. We must call for international relations with other nations. In order for a nation to be truly independent and to become powerful and influential, it is absolutly critical that we establish relations with other nations through trade, peace treaties, mutual defense pacts, and other things.
Today, I come before the international community to request inclusion into this community of nations. We would like to open relations with all like-minded nations and those who wish to establish relations with us. We have much to offer and extend a hand of friendship to all those who wish to be friends with us. Thank you."
The screen slowly fades to black, showing a picture of the South Nerotika national flag.
