Infantry like all divisions of the regular army is composed primarily of conscripts. Conscription age in Pushka is from 18 to 34, the duration of the service for conscripts who joined the infantry is 4 years. Infantry soldiers are trained for 6 months prior to deployment to their unit. Infantry soldiers are paid 3000 rubles a month during their training and 9000 rubles a month once they join the service. The Infantry officers are either conscripts who after completion of their service were awarded a rank of a starshie praporshik, decided to remain in the army and went on to take the 2-year course to qualify them for officer rank, after which they graduate as a Mladshie Leitenant or conscripts who proved themselves in combat and got an officer patent which they can exchange for a full officer rank after completing a 3 month course and taking a test, if they graduate they will also get the rank of Mladshie Leitenant.

Guards Army servicemen go through additional, specialized training in their selected fields.

All the Guards Armies are based in a single military-district which covers the national capital, Voronej, the district is separated into 9 sub-districts each one under command of one of the Army-Generals.

Guards Army does not have a Marshall, Instead it is under the direct control of the current Prime Minister of the Union of Communist Republics, Alexandr Chorni.

Guards Army is completely autonomous with its own ground, air and naval units.
