This is one of the most common/laughed at things many new players do. It is highly unwise and/or pointless, as it is impossible to attack(with any hope of success) an organisation that is 'permenant'.
2. Smilies, why they are a bad idea:
Smilies are considered bad form to use in the general case or a post, and I would advise against using them.
3. Suggestion:
Please read the stickies to gain a more detailed understanding of generally considered good roleplaying style/behavior.
