The Holy Empire of Saint Fedski is a relatively new nation of a few million people. We have a fairly small army in size, but quite large in capability. Unfortunately it is largely employed protecting the borders from rogue states formerly part of the empire and therefore cannot be released from duty to train new units. I am looking for a nation to take my 1000 permanent Para-Military police officers and train them for frontline combat and for counter insurgency raids. I will provide 2 Fremantle Class patrol boats (Australian) as well as 20 smaller boats for various uses. 1 Upgraded Centurion tank, as well as transportation to and from the training site in my 3 C-130 hercules aircraft. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

The Nation of United Earthlings would be glad to help, and we ask nothing in return. The Nation of United Earthlings needs neither equipment nor money as it has enough of both. We also have aircraft that can transport the men and equipment to and from the training site of your choice much faster and carry far more. We can also set up a permanent training facility in your country so that you can take over and train them yourself and also any future people you want to train. Again we ask nothing in return.

However, there are a few things you should know before you decide to go with us. 1st is that training for United Earth soliders is a long and hard process. Training lasts up to one year and depending on the position a person goes into can last even longer. Second, the training of United Earth soliders is more brutal then most battlefields as this is to make sure that all soliders of the great nation of United Earthlings come back home safe and sound. So, it is not for the weak of heart or spirt.

If you decide to go with us let us know. We can work out a system that pleases you.

OOC: A person who's been hiding from the fourms. As you can see I have had my nation for over a year- just in the past 2 weeks have tried my hand at the RP's going on in here, just hope I'm doing ok. Getting a factbook in order-military together- just about finish all of it and its over 8 pages. As for the military well their a tough nut to crack and can take a alot of punishment as for really good in combat well that remains to be seen as I/the nation has not RP/been in a war yet. BTW if you wondering I have should have the factbook up in a few days. Just have to write the constitution. Don't you agree that a disciplined well lead force is better to role play and has a better chance of not taking losses at least in theory on here.

IC: If the Nation of Helghan Empire would like to form a defensive alliance and/or open trade relations lets us know. Our major industry is Arms Manufacturing, so producing weapons for the defense of our nation and others is our Nations goal.

I thank you for your promt response. I will however post a map soon if I cano nly figure out how. Our social system is outstanding. The citizens can do whatever they please providing they don't hurt anyone else. Our politicians are only there to keep things under control and to speak for the people. It does not interefere, atleast on any sort of regular basis, in the daily lives of the citizens. Currently, the tiny nation I am in control of, is the heartland of the former Holy Empire of Saint Fedski which has since broken up. This training is needed for mostly internal policing and assassination raids (to take out "certain person" of threat to the Holy Empire) into former territories of the Holy Empire.

My reserve soldiers are capable of policing the nation for an indefinite period of time and will take care of this until the police are ready to resume control. As for equipping our police officers, it would be most generous if you could send a team of military advisors to inspect them. You interest in my situation is most appreciated.

IC: The Ministry Of Defence is currently reviewing our needs comparing the two long lists they have been given. As this is an internal police force many of the programs you each have listed are unnecessary at this particular time for this particular force. However, in the not so distant future, during Empire expansion, our police will need more militaristic type training.

The Tri-Border is heavily contested so expect to see some action on the training missions. As added strength, the amount of reserve soldiers in the area has been increased from 1000 to 1500. The Grand High Selka has though over your request for aid and has determined that even in the state of rebuilding that our nation is undertaking, he shall dispatch members of His Secret Police to train you if you so desire. In payment he merely asks for your aid should the enemies of Orteil Mauvais seek to usurp His rightful place as ruler. They are trained in Jujitsu, Kickboxing, Tae-Kwan-Do, Pai Pa Kwan, and Tai Chi. The Tai Chi comes in very handy in some situations I might add. They are all genetically enhanced to reach peak performance, and if you wish we can lend you some of our public research for your use. To Orteil Mauvais and Black Agents, we greatfully decline your offer. Our internal police force is in need of training but what you offer is more militaristic than my police require. We thank you for the offer though. And finally to viZion, we accept that you are a great nation, but our loyalty lies to our indepence and our political ideals are very different. We will glady swap Ambassadors with you and make military, technological and political alliances but as for becoming a protectorate and/or dependant, the citizens prefer to stay as a small independant country will a couple close allies.
