Alright, I'm thinking of possibly a more flexible and easier way for I.I. RPers to contact each, as if for such a war, or diplomatic relationships, and things like that. That way, instead of cluttering up any threads with 'What's your MSN' or 'Do you have YIM?', it can all be cnetralized and put together here.

Know by placing your contact information this can leave you unaware to any nation who stops by and wishes to add you. Without further ado, I'll just post mine:

That's why I always TG my contact info to people if they need to talk to me.

By the way, I acknowledge that any spam I receive as a result is my own fault, etc., etc.

One thing: there's never anyone in #internationalincidents. Yet there are many more active IIers than NS(theforum)ers. Is the limit simply that people are unwary about IRC? Because, it is a much better way, particularly when it comes to planning multi-involved RPs.
