We do this at low prices so that a young or poor nations can afford to buy oil for his or her nations need. That's why the AMJSOC sell its oil at low rate. Our policy is Oil for all nations of the world.( that are not foes of the Khailfah al Muslimeen)
We also are willing to do longterm deals on the Oil Supply.

Note the AMJSOC has the right to refuse to sell its oil to any nation. Also the AMJSOC has the right to stop exporting oil to nations that are veiw to be unstable.
