This Is An 'Out Of Charactor' Thread.


During the race last sunday, I had the idea of starting a NASCAR-like racing league on Nation States. Anyone else interested? We would all have to be online at the same time to rp for each of our drivers. Each nation could have a track and a driver. Tell me what you think.

-The Confederacy of Terren States
-The Galactic Republic of Anagonia
-The Trinary Empire of Green Sun

Will the rules be the same, or do we get to do custom kits and cool stuff like that?

I think there is a Nascar league on the NationStates board [the other IC roleplaying board].

I don't think very highly of them.

I think an International Stockcar Racing Association (ISRA) would be excellent. Kind alike the Olympics only with Stock Cars and Formula 1 and Motorcross and TRANSFER TRUCK DRIVING! YEAH! GO REDNECKS!

I like the idea of an ISRA. Anyone can participate, but should they be only modern tech? We would all have to be online at the same time once a week and would RP for our own driver. I would say:

"Dale Jr. just came out of turn three..."

and someone else would say,

"Gordon, right on his tale, looking for the pass."

Something like that. We could each have our oun driver and track, but not a real driver. that would cause too many problems as many people might want to be Dale Earnhardt. Any thoughts? Oh, and we'd use NASCAR's rules and regs.

I like the idea, and I would gladly sign up for it. Its about time I seen something like this, it would be a nice change/pace in role play.

Anyone interested in starting the International Stockcar Racing Association (ISRA), please let me know. I'll post a list of everyone who want in at the top.

I don't see why we can't start a PMT or FT racing section.
