Concremo

OOC: Those of you more informed that others about Concremo might be asking the question 'Where the hell is Sunder City?'. In short, its a large city that the government officially ignores, and does not allow its position to be on any maps. This is because it was overlooked at the time of the Second Breaking, and by now it is infested with remnants of the Obadi Government battle against rebels, mercenaries or criminals currently on the run. They've dug themselves in pretty good, even got their hands on some tanks. The plot of the RP will be the retaking of the city by government forces, from the resistance's point of view. The characters should all die or defect, a twist that should get very interesting results. Maximum of three characters each, and i want the emphasis on that these are basically ordinary people with training and some guts. If you want in then your character(s) is/are part of Anna's team, instructed to infiltrate the Obadi stronghold.

Human Resource 879-767-865CW. Thats all she was to those scum, a number on a long list of uncaptured criminals, known terrorists or mercenaries who'd stayed in Concremo too long. And that's what worried her, since the reformation of both the army and police force that list had been growing thin. Sunder City was her home, her life. She had come here as a baby when the Capital was nuked in the Second Breaking. Her father killed by Obadi Hunters a month before her birth, and her mother gunned down, unarmed, in the street by an Obadi footsoldier.
Those scum were worse than the Grand Liraton government who were in power now, making their totalitarian nature seem like communism in comparison. She had been made an orphan of war by their hands, and the debt would be repaid in blood. They held the East side of the city without competition, the central-running river was a mere trickle now they'd blocked it up and built a high wall on the far bank. The West side was owned by the Mafia, who let strangers come and go as they please for a small cut of what they were here for. Mercenaries mostly, wannabe-heroes were always scaping together their funds to have a crack at the Obadi stronghold.
But they were not the only ones to leave their half, the Remnant would frequently raid the West for supplies and weapons, sometimes even slaves. Salvaged air-raid sirens would ring out when their gate opened, and anyone with a gun would form a mob in the Square. Though brave, an Obadi assault had only ever been held off when Altman had united the West under one banner. Joseph Altman, her grandfather.
Anna was a warrior to the core, and it would be proved time and time again. Trained at her grandfathers instruction by the best mercenaries that came to the Airport. She knew what she was doing, and this was made evident by her survival so far.
She laid the map out in front of her, a map of the city that was clearly a few years old. A large, jagged red line led from one side to the other. The Sunder City Sewage Network.
"Right, we good to go?" She asked
