OOC: Ah, another step towards law...

In the effort to ease Prison over-crowding, and to lessen the budget needed for such facilities, the Surpreme King has enacted yet another highly criticized Law. Claiming to model the new System under the Western ideal of the Three Strike Law, any Citizen whom comits three felonies, from Murder to Armed Robbery, will be stripped of Citizenry Rights.
Said law breaker will find no refuge in any Public or Private Hospital. Any form of aid will be denied him/her, including from the DMNP (Dubai Minor National Police). In fact, upon notification of the Third Enfringement upon Dubai law, that which can be proven without reasonable doubt, will have a death sentence to be carried out immediately, upon capture. This not only includes Law Enforcement, but also the General Public. Since they will be stripped of any Citizenry Rights, their death will not be considered Murder of any sorts, be it commited in self-defence, or in cold blood.
This Law will be passed, and will affect all levels of Society, even Political Officials will not be safe, if convicted of three Felony Infractions.
The Surpreme King had this to say. "This new law will be a Double-Edged sword. It will be an arm of the law that will reach out to all corners of Dubai Minor, and may be used by any Rightful Citizen. This law will curdle career criminals, and put to death those who make us suffer. The rule of law still applies...all are innocent untill proven guilty. Guilty thrice, and you will die."
Upon question, the King refused to answer whether or not he himself, would be liable to that law.
