Reports continued to flood in of increased activity in Haven, particularly of the naval variety. Satellite imagery and other intelligence reports that Sarzonia had begun bracing its waters for the inevitable AMF onslaught, bringing in ships from The Evil Overlord to act as a deterrent. Dreadfire chuckled as he read the reports of this escalation, and as he skimmed paragraph after paragraph he had an idea of his own.
Even with the outbreak of Operation: Hellfire, most of Gholgoth remained dormant and unconcerned with the foreign presence on its doorstep. However, with the apparent escalation by the coward Mike Sarzo, measures had to be taken to assure that the delicate balance of things thus far was not disturbed.
Dreadfire licked his lips has he contemplated picking up his phone, and after a short deliberation he decided to go ahead. He picked up the receiver and dialed the number for the leader of Doujin, one of Gholgoth's more reserved nations. After a few rings Dreadfire's old friend Ki'atra answered the call, which brought a smile to his face.
Greetings friend, this is Dreadfire. I have...an issue I need to discuss with you. I am currently out at sea in the AMF/Panteran Straight, but if you would prefer to meet in person I cna arrange for a plane to take me to Doujin.
Word had been sent to the various commanders in the Straight that Dreadfire may be momentarily leaving the Mouth for War for a day or two, but the lack of movement on behalf of Praetonian and Hogsweatian ships was a reassurance.
As a further precaution, dignitaries from The Drakonian Imperium were also summoned and told of this possible meeting. Drakonia had yet to truely reveal itself to the world following its long isolation, and Dreadfire knew that such a valuable resource should not be wasted.
