I have made up rules for war in nation vs. nation, or region vs. region combat! YES! They are FINALY here, rules for war. Where you can acuatally win or loose properly. If any nations wish to war tell me. It can be Strategic, tactical, or operational. Choose your rule complexity, 1-10, and I will supply the rules, plus a board that i'll post. I'll be refferee.
