In order to bring new people into the Scandinvan nobility the Emperor has opened decided to sale five fiefs to nobles and royalty of other nations. They emperor also wished to consolidate large open fertile lands that are currently owned by peasants and also these areas tend to have harbor rebels and bandits in the past and by giving these lands to lords e hopes that they make the lands safer.

Fief 1: 7,200 Acres and 32,000 Serfs: Starting Price: $72,000,000-Potty 5
Fief 2: 5,000 Acres and 27,000 Serfs Starting Price: $54,000,000
Fief 3: 8,000 Acres and 47,000 Serfs Starting Price: $94,000,000-Potty 5
Fief 4: 4,900 Acres and 25,000 Serfs Starting Price: $48,000,000
Fief 5: 9,200 Acres and 65,000 Serfs Starting Price: $120,000,000-Potty 5

Please give me more info what is the land like and so on, are the serfs known for rebellions is there water supplies near by?

Fief 5 doesn't have a history of rebellion though they do sometime harbo cirminals and there is an great dale of water in lakes and nearby rives already avaible for your use on the already fertile lands. But, you will have to pay for the construction of your won.

We agree, but though now we first must awaut to see if anyone is intrsted in buying the others as you know how your 'neighbors' will be.

The land will be yours, but you will have to follow the laws of the land to people that are not your serfs, who are technically your property and you cannot build a gaint nuclear power plant, but you can build some small factories(100 serfs in each), eight factories at most. Also the desired economic industry that we intend for the fiefs is farming, rasing livestock, and rasing other types of food.

I intend to make (if permitted) a palace and airfield on each. Do not worry about crime as I know how to handle it. It was once a huge problem in my country but now is completely eliminated with out encroaching on civil liberties.

Must the fiefs be almost entirely farms of factories? I would rather they were largely gardens and only produce enough food for self sufficiency and a few crops that don’t grow in my home land.

That is alright, but I don not want people buying more than three fiefs to a country and also your construction plans and what you desire to grow in gardens is fine with me. So for now I have confirmed Fiefs 1, 3, and 5 for you.

Having my own land in your country would only be wasteful of resources, so if you feel the need and the want, sell all.

The C.C.E. of Arkanaland, would like to place a bid for Fief 1, for $1,000,000,000. We are interested in making it an agricultural base, to supply our Nation with so-called "Natural" vegitation, unhampered by such things as growth hormones and pesticides. We too would build a small airstrip on the Fief, a small military outpost would also be built, to handle security. The security force will lack any major combat units, for the sake of cost effectiveness and a more peaceful approach...yet they will be quite capable of dealing with threats.

REVISION: We have recieved word that the property previously bid for, has already been sold, we would like to place further bids on number 2 and 4. Two Billion per lot will be offered.

If accepted, non-agression pacts will also be sought, which will include all parties involved. Colonies of no less then 12,000 Arkanaland Citizens and will be built in the two Fiefdoms. These Colonies will be fully-functioning towns/cities, that will provide shelter, food, health and other services to the Serfs. Both Fiefs, as stated previously, will be ran under the efforts of three Agricultural corporations. They will furnish all of the harvesting equipment needed. Contractors will build the Housing, Hospitals, Schools, etc, etc.

Security will be provided by no less than 4,000 Military Pesonnel, per Fief.

Security will be provided by no less than 4,000 Military Pesonnel, per Fief.Though your bid does hold meirt the problem is that since you are going to make severogin colonies within the Scandinvans as all Imperial fiefs are subject to the emperor and thus a service of a hundred men from each fief can be demanded by the emperor if not uphled by the lord of the fief. The lord can be arrested and tried and can have their fief and titles taken from them.
