Dubai Minor

Uninhabited area of Dubai Minor
The hot red sun of Dubai burned the sands a dark red, temptered by the whipping wind. A single deus and a half rolled over the distance. Ahmid Lorence tapped the fuel gauge hard, and watched the needle jump, and settle on the half mark.
"All right, this is the place...just enough fuel to get back," he looked to the soldier on the passenger side.
"Good! Zammat is starting to smell horrible. Let's get this over with."
The truck creeped to a stop, and the two men jumped from the cab, and made their way to the rear of the truck. Pulling open the canvas flap, they reeled in the stench of rotting flesh. They heard wheeping in the front.
"All right," Ahmid said firmly. "Come on out, Kero..."
A sorrowful voice called back, "Please, no! Don't do this to me! I'm righteous!"
"Damnit..." Ahmid crawled into the back, coughing from the stench, trying to force the wretched smell of Zammat's corpse out of his lungs. Grabbing Kero, he forced the blindfolded and shackled fellow out of the truck.
"By order of the Supreme King of Dubai Minor," the soldier said as he looked down upon the writhing man. "You are hereby ordered to a death befitting your life. For your terrorist actions and conspiracy to dethrown the Supreme King, you are to die."
But that wasn't all. Ahmid and the soldier grabbed Zammat's pants with gloved hands, as the clothes were somewhat damp from the bodily fluids of decay, and pulled him from the truck, the corpse collapsed stiffly next to Kero. Kero's ankle was then shackled to Zammat's, with thick iron chain and cuffs.
They pulled the blindfol off the man, and Kero screamed in terror and tried to crawl away, but in his weakened state he was too exhuasted to go even a few feet. Ahmid dropped a canteen and a package of meat as he climbed back into the cab, cranked it, and the two slowly made their way back to base. Ahmid looked back, and saw the silhouette of Kero crawling the short, but grueling distance to the water and meat...painfully hauling Zammat behind him.
Ahmid smiled wryly, at the prospect of the convicted Terrorist, a devout Muslim, finding only pork and saltwater.

Abu Dabi,
In front of the King's Palace
The "Supreme King," Mushir Abbas stood tall behind a lavishly0made podium, brandishing the Abbas Family Seal. Hundreds crowded on the estate lawn, cheering, some booing, all wrapped in the heat of the moment. Press flashed their cameras, snapping pictures of the King, before allw ent quiet...as the King prepared to speak.
"Allah bless us all," he said. "This day, I come to you all to announce a new National, and Foreign Policy. It is a step to ensure the safety of Dubai Minor, and her people, blessed by Allah himself. A step against the tyranny of extreme terrorism, of any manner, of any creed. Yesterday two Terrorists, Kero Moahmoud, and Zammat Ramallah were sentenced and pu tto death under our new doctorine of zero tollerance against the blight of so-called fundimentalist terrorism that makes a bad name for us, as Muslims and Arabs, and for all of the Middle East!"
He took a moment to gaze out upon the crowd, and more flashes of cameras ensued. "Once our Military has grown to full strength, we will offer ourselves to the noble cause of protecting innocent, Muslim, Christian, or Faithless, from the horrible and evil practice that is Terrorism, where ever it may bring to bare that sin."
That was all that was said. Some wondered what this would entail for Dubai, as there was hardly any teeth in the Military to truly keep up with such a policy. Theories crossed the mouths of citizens, as to the untold fate of the two terrorists, responsible for the bombing of a Government building. Yet none of them were as horrible in tale, as it was in fact.
OOC: Mind you, this sin't against any particular Islamic group, and I'm deffinately not anti-Islam. I just want to get this nation kicked up in the International Stage, since I got my 'puter back to working. Once I get a Military built up, a more active approach to terrorism will be made...criticism/comments welcome...alliances also, teehee.
