In: The Daily Ring-Tail Newspaper.

Cheif Of Police, Irwin Schlankoff, announced the statistics to crime and punishment this evening and about the continued problem with youth-related crimes.

"It's giving our nation a bad image." Irwin began.
"It's bad enough that the 1 years military service the government issued to troublesom youths isn't working, but seeing toddlers carrying crowbars and smacking elders across the head with them before stealing their money is even more uncomforting." he added.

The Govenor was also shocked about this problem with youth-based crimes and has issued a meeting with fellow members of the colony.

"Seeing an elderly person demoloshing a phone booth is pretty funny, but these young kids with guns just doesn't seem right." He began.
"It seems the years military service isn't good enough, and I think it's time we should build a prison. It might discourage the youths from commiting crimes." He added.
The foreign secretary, Lisa Callatah, had risen the question over how to resolve the problem, she suggested that education was the answer.
"That's a load of rubbish." said Irwin "we need to throw the trouble makers in the army for more than 1 year to set them straight." he added.

The Govenor is still unsure about building a prison, although many citizens have asked for one to be built the tax rate would go through the roof.

"Our nation is known for it's crimes, just not youth related. In time it will calm itself down, as for building a prison, that's out of the question. If the youth crimes continue, however, I will sign the deposition for one to be built." he said.

After reading the Daily Ring-Tail the head of office of Princeps Scalle da Silva sent a memo to his boss reading "We should try and help them".

The Princeps ordered to get in touch with foreign secretary Lisa Callatah, whom he knew from his wilder years, and offer her and her nation some Scallis police counsellors to find solutions to the youth related crime in her country.

Although he wanted to contact her himself, the Princeps asked interior minister Mrs. P. Dewael to offer Scallis' help. So the Minister faxed her. Now it was waiting for her response.

It took some time, but Lisa Callatah finally received the fax from Mrs. P. Dewael.
After finding the idea was given by Princeps, she couldn't turn the offer down.
However, she had to adress the offer to the Govenor.

"This is rare..." The Govenor began "all we need to do is employ more police officers. I like the idea of hiring some counsellors, we should put a notice up and see if anyone wants the job." he added.

Happy from the response, Lisa faxed back a thank you message to Mrs. P. Dewael.

(OOC: Im no good at this. :D )

Mrs. P. Dewael received the fax and smiled. "The Princeps will be happy that he can help and play the macho towards that Lisa. I'll ask him to respond himself. if he wants to be the macho-man, he has to explain it later on to the population of Scallis if something goes wrong."

The Princeps Scalle da Silva read the fax and replied instantly:

"Dear Foreign Secretary
Dear Lisa,
The Principality of Scallis will send you five police counsellors for free for two months. I'll send you a written agreement and invite you to come and sign it in Brossellae. So we can talk about old times.
Kind regards,
Yours,
Princeps da Silva"
