Sure, may we establish some consulates as well? Do you have any scientific-oriented regions?

French Polynesia is the major science center of the Divine Empire. It hosts the National Antimatter Institute, the Cerularius Particle Accelerator, the University of Tahiti (extremely prestigious), and the headquarters of the Imperial Space Program. Perhaps a consulate could be established in Tahiti and we could work on some joint projects.

The Bjornoyan Patriarchal Federation would be pleased to endeavor on such a project. Although it may be a many years we too wish to figure a way to harness its energy for the good of humanity. A consulate shall be established and further research progress shall be recorded in the BNRF records.
