Ive been planning on running an RP for a bit, one without any REAL direction to where it should end, just to let it play out as it comes.

The general idea is based on an issue I got ways back when I was a youngin here. The idea has it that a boatload of people, refugees, explorers, a small (15-20 people) cruise, whatever, comes ashore of Imitora (being an island). The people are ordered to halt, cease, desist, but not speaking English, they dont, and are summarily, to put it nicely, masacred by the Imitoran Marines at the control point. Obviously, the home country of the group is going to be a weee bit miffed. From there, we let it play out.

I'd like someone who has some RP cred, decent writting, etc. TGram me with any offers, or go ahead and post here.

I can RP the refugees, I invented my own language (based on a combination of Romance/Germanic/Oriental languages) and they can just not have learned English. I'd just translate it into English for the benefit of all other RPers.

I like the idea, my country is a lot like America when it comes to our citizens in that we are to protect them above all else and to have Aequatians killed would be upsetting to the country and anger the government. Although the primary language in Aequatio is English, I'm not sure how that would play out unless we changed it in that the people didn't hear the warnings for whatever reason (Music too loud on the yacht or just didn't care for your unrecognized authority).

Czardas is also very protective of its citizens, fairly interventionist, and we speak a different language, so it might work better if I RP'd the refugees...
