The UIS have pushed out of Southern Argentina and into Northern Argentina and Chile. Natives will be given the choice to join, or will be considered enemies. Already, Viper VOTL jets are landing in predesignated target zones and larger transports are setting up Pre-Fab bases on which to work with.
The UIS has announced its intentions to expand to cover all of South America, and considers all of it to be part of their nations. Any attack on South America will be considered an attack on the UIS.

The government of UTC proposes an alliance with UIS in South America. Since we are both the powerest nations in South America. This alliance, which will be discussed after this telegram, may be a military alliance to defensive and offensive attacks in/from South america. I hope we can discuss this soon.
