OOC:While that is generous...i dont think as a new nation he could support such a large force on a battle field for very long even in peace time his econemy would feel the srain of such a large number of equipment.

OOC: Yeah thats true, but he will grow, plus if he accepts my proposal, i'll help him with logistics than he needs it. Plus i am not expecting him to be invading anybody any time soon, and if war hits homefront for him he can make a point that he can conscript 20-40% of his population in to the army, than those arms will come in handy.

The Rolatian government cannot directly supply you with weaponry, but can give some recommendations of where to purchase your infantry equipment. Kriegzimmer Storefront (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=409787&page=1&pp=15) is a good location for your infantry equipment and vehicles, and it is where we buy all ground and non-transport air equipment. We recommend you purchase 200,000 Hali-21 or 37 Assault Rifles (at a cost of $600M or $400M) or if you prefer, 50,000 Hali-21/37 Assault Rifles ($150M or $100M) and 200,000 Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols ($80M). We do not recommend you buy the aeroplanes there, as you may be able to get cheaper by scouring the industries

OOC: I don't think so, atleast not for now, i got the whole 3rd commintern help the communist nations thing going on. But soon i will have a revolution and probably convert to Tsarist rule, maybe than, not now though, sorry.
