Secret IC: As of today The Empire of Neo Zeta is begianing the consruction of a Death Star Type Battlestation. Howeved Neo Zeta will add some intresting improvements to the old design. The building of it will take place in the Delta Bad Lands. This is a highly guarded area where Light Seed travel,Cloaks and Long Range sensors usely do not work.

The buildingof such a large battlesation will take some time. The name of the Battlestation will be The Omega Star.

SECRET IC TO NZ: We applaude your moves towards super weapons. Our Empire itself is in the process of building 4 Victory class vessels to anchor any fleet. Well correction, we are now only working on 3. The Excalibur is currently going through its testing phases which you already have witnessed.

Secret IC: The Size of the Death Star is being sized down from around 160 km to 90 Km. However this is due to the Death Star will be built with quantum armor. Also resonance torpedos will be able to be fired from the Omega Star. These can cuase a Star to explode into a Supernova. The Planet Destroying laser is also sized down but still as deadly thanks to advances in being able to size them down and be put into SSD's

ETA for The Omega Star to be finnished Nov-Dec if it stays on Secdual.

Secret IC: The Size of the Death Star is being sized down from around 1200 km to 500 Km.

Secret IC: The Goverment also plans to build 1 Ultra Class SSD it will be a massive 260 KM. But do to the resources needed for it and the Omega Star all but 2 SSD's will be sold off to the Abh. Also a size limit will be put on all other ships to be 3 to 4 KM max. Also the fleet numbers will be reduced to make room for this ultra class tho this has yet been approved if approved ETA for it will be Jan-March RL time. ( many NS years.)

We have noticed your intentions on building something others may dub... a planet killer.

We have our own such system. It involves the creation of a black hole... yes you have heard me. There are traces of a mineral... its atoms and molocules so densely packed... that if enough of it was gathered within one area of space, they would be attracted to each other... thus slam into each other, their density and mass then collapsing space and time... and creating a black hole. It requires three very small portions of this mineral, 1 inch in diameter portions. Three ships, spaced very far apart then fire at a single point in space. The attraction then causes the minerals to go to each other, and form a black hole... and we know what black holes do...

We have mined all there is of this mineral within our system, and have come up with 24 different portions. We are willing to lend you three of these peices... Your use of them is up to you, though we suggest you use them as a last resort... Should your station be destroyed, you create a black hole to consume what remains of your station, and any fleet... or planet... or star near it.

But be warned. These peices are very unstable. Though they cannot form black holes in these portions, space and time tries to rent itself apart near these small peices. The ships carrying these peices have been adapted to deal witht he sudden differences in time, and withstand the enormous pressures set on by the twisting of space. If humans were exposed... it would not be a pretty sight... it would be best to shield yourselves some how...
