RK Basic Requirements of Diplomatic Procedure (ATTN: All Nations)

In order to provide economical stability and remove the possibility of problems in trade and diplomacy, ALL NATIONS must, in normal circumstances, comply with the below requirements in order to enjoy unrestricted trade with Random Kingdom.

All nations not in compliance must appeal to RK, or only government-controlled trade on specific items (with a higher tariff) will be allowed.

Corporations in uncompliant nations must also appeal to the government to allow their commodities to be imported in RK unrestricted.

An economical boycott is a disregard of that nation's product, a national boycott is a complete condemnation of that nation's conduct.

Restricted Trade Zones
Farmina - full embargo and national boycott (Violation of Section 1:1)
Dumpsterdam - full embargo and economical boycott (Violation of Section 1:2)
Rotovia - restriction and national boycott (Violation of Sections 3:2 and 4:1)

Section 1: Existing Diplomacy


All nations must be at peace with Random Kingdom.
No nation must defame the Human or Geckoid representatives.
All nations must not be in a condemned alliance or region.


Section 2: Ideology


All nations must employ at least a UN ranking of "Above Average" Civil Rights.
No nation must employ fascism, national-socialism or despotism.


Section 3: Rights


All nations must not positive discriminate.
All nations must allow an equal right to education regardless of background/race.
All citizens must be equal in their rights to ownership, travel (excluding embargoes) and debate.


Section 4: Freedoms

All citizens must be free to practice their own religion (so long as it complies with the above requirements, and does not involve human sacrifice or persecution, therefore, for example, the Order of Violet is excluded). This includes atheism and agnosticism.
All citizens must have the freedom to choose in education.
All citizens must have the freedom to choose whether to join the military.


NOTE: The above can be superceded, and can be overridden by a ruling by the people of Random Kingdom.
