On Friday, September 30th, while President Delain was at a party to honor Hiro Ando, widely known as the greatest President of ViZion, his son, 24 year old Day Delain was arrested in connection to the murder of 17 year old Liesa O'conner and her 18 year old boyfriend, Jack Hanson, while he was at a club. Reports say he did not make a scene, as he went peacefully.

They found his DNA at the dumping grounds of the two teenagers, located behind an old factory just west of ViZion City. It is still unclear where the murder actually took place, but it is believed to have taken place around midnight in one of ViZion City's hundreds of parks, as both families were told they would be going out for dinner, a movie, and a walk through a park. They also found the teenagers DNA in the back of Day's longbed Chevrolet truck.

He is set to be put on trial this Wednesday. He is to be held in jail at no bail. The exact jail, however, is unknown due to security reasons.

President Delain was utterly shocked to hear of this connection. "My son... he... I mean, I dont think he could ever do such a thing. Yes, he was in the military, but just of that does not turn someone into a murderer. I am completely appauled over this. He is a softy at heart."

President Delain would not offer any more comments.

Thousands upon thousands of ViZionarians flooded the area around the court where Day Delain, President Delains son, was on trial for the murder of two teenagers.

Said one of the protesters, "Just because he's the Presidents son better not mean he's found innocent or gets off easier!" Another held a sign that read, "Death penalty or public flogging - you choose!"

Inside, the courtroom quiet except for the opening statements given by the two lawyers. Then, the trial was set to begin. In most other country's - the son would likely get off easily. That, or it would take months, if not years, to convict him. However, in ViZion, even high profile trials usually did not last longer than two weeks, and it seemed like no one could get off easily - even the billionairs couldn't seem to buy their way out of trouble. Although, the President was alot more powerful than a billionair. So it will be an interesting trial - and the first of its kind in ViZion.

It has just been announced that Day Delain has been found guilty for two 1st degree murders. Tomorrow, he will be sentenced. Many speculate it will be life in prison, but we're still not sure exactly what it will be.

OOC: I am just waiting for a chance to jump in here. Possibly as a way of kindapping him while in prison transport.....
